One kilometer long, no balance pole, no apparent safety rope. At considerable altitude, hopefully not too windy or cold.

Not level, either - elevation gain was 348m, for an average grade of almost 35%. If it was a single clear span, the grade at the top would be steeper than that due to the catenary of the cable.

To put that in perspective, a lot of people would have trouble climbing 348m (about 1140 ft) on a nice set of stairs with handrails, at 9,000 feet altitude, in the 80 minutes it took Freddy Nock.
