I was using JustCode for awhile and like it alot. Recently the team adopted using ReSharper and I am very happy with that. ReSharper seems to be a bit more widely adopted. I would recommend however going with the cheaper license for a single language (either C# or VB) however. Also then the debate about using VS or IDEA shortcuts. I switched back and forth a couple of times before settling on VS.
