I have MM.NET WPF Business Window and MM.NET WPF Maint Window in the templates list. If I pick one of these I get an error about not being able to add the OakLead assembly to the project. How do I create a new MM Silverlight page ?

Yes, it does but I understood the question to be looking for a template to "Add" an additional page. I don't seem to have one either, but the adding of a mmPage is so simple that a template wouldn't really save more than 60 seconds. There is a mm Silverlight project template and it does create a couple of mmPages to the navigation.
