I suggest you investigate and use PEM Editor, which you can download from VFPx.

You can achieve want you want in a few steps, using two tools there:

(1) Copy properties / methods (on the class you want to eliminate)

(2) Paste properties / methods (on the form you want to have all these properties.)

Then it's just a matter of changing the parent class of the form.
