>I have a grid with multiple columns. the columns contain multiple textbox controls. the problem is that the different textboxes will be displayed in the same column at the same time and the alignment is a bit wacky. All controls are set to Center. the column alignment is set to centerTop. the margin is = 0 in the controls. What is happening is that the alignment isn't exactly centered in the column. What is worse is that when I click on one of the controls in the column, ALL of the rows with that particular control will re-align so that they are actually centered, but now out of alignment with the the other controls. As I click on each different control, they adjust the alignment/position to be centered.

No I didn't, but had some similar problems with other grids... just a hunch, what's the .SpecialEffect for your textboxes? Try setting it to 1 or 2. Also try setting .BorderStyle to 0, if it already isn't so.
