I'm using Bigfoot since almost 2 years and am quiet happy about the speed they process the mails and the possibilities they offer.
I also read some articles on several mail forwarders and bigfoot did came out rather well.
I also think the benefit is that almost everybody is using hotmail and bigfoot isn't so well known, so their speed will be better than the rest.
