There some way that I can send some offset character command that move the full printing to one side of the printer?

I see this every once and a while. For me it's always been the wrong drivers installed on some PCs. Check them first or maybe just log into Dell, download the newest driver for that printer, uninstall the printer on all PCs and install the new driver.
