I bow to Bonnie's greater knowledge and experience but what I had in mind was not passing data but only passing the object reference for the calling form to your dialog form. In that way, you can reference your grid directly. In other words, you would pass a parameter such as oCallingForm to your dialog form. Then you can reference the datagridview as oCallingForm.grdAccessrightDataGridView. Depending on what you want to do, that may be easier than passing in data.
