ok, thank you for reply me.You mean SqlConnection.open in before ,i will need to try .... Catch .....End Try.
But if i use dataset, TableAdapterManger then how to handle or not? Thank you 
 Me.TableAdapterManager.UpdateAll(Me.MyDataSet)
