I don't have your mirroring skills but found driving on the left to be no big deal. The only thing I noticed was I would sometimes touch the curb, apparently judging its position based on my own position inside the car. It surprised me how quickly it felt normal. (Which of course it isn't ;-) ) What didn't find normal were those insane London roads, which were surely laid out by cows. Blind ones.
