Yes, but as I wrote earlier; it's really a terrible idea. And if the date field is really a date field, you must use customer + dtoc(date,1) as index expression.

NB! I may have said it earlier: Avoid this solution, use separate index tags for the two fields instead, and use SQL syntax.
