Hello all;

I have a Sqlserver installation running on machine A. I can login on that machine as a windows (server 2008) user as User U1 and I can do everything I want with Sql Server. I have added Windows user U2 and granted him priviliges for Sql Server.

On workstation B, I made an ODBC-connection with Windows User priiliges as user U2, and the connection is ok, everything works fine.
On workstation C, which as a machine and OS is a copy of B, i try to make an ODBC connection being logged in as user U1, but the login during ODBC-check is rejected.
I try with the priviliges of user U2: login rejected. I try as a SQL-user: login rejected. Everything I try: login rejected.

I have made at least 100 ODBC connections on different machines during the last 15 years, but I'm stuck. Any idea?

TIA,

Lennert
