Whatever doesn't end in jars, as jam. So far, mostly apples, pears, some apricots, plums (still fermenting), peaches ready to pick, grape (some of it coming ripe now, but most of it will wait for October). Nothing much, got 20 liters so far, at around 48% vol. Tastes good, but I'm not quite satisfied, isn't smooth enough. Specially when compared with my dad's 25 year old brandy :). Maybe if it survives and ages... or I learn a few more tricks of the trade.
