I doubt that DST has some real effect now.
Esp. if you take the other problems in account like depressions, sleepless, lost of efficiency at work till your biological clock is set :-)

Maybe this was true when it was first presented, but now...
BTW Russia canceled time change this year.
From now on they will not change to summer and winter time :-)
