Looking in internet I found there seems to be an issue with windows 7 and excel 2010 when saving. No problem with "save as" but problem with save second time. Someone says it may be timing problem with antivirus which blocks a file to scan it while Excel first saves file with different name and then deletes old file and renames new. I disabled Symantec antivirus and was able to confim that.

Time to write to symantec since MS for sure will do nothing about it.

Checked in Symantec site. They say a new Symantec version is needed for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 Great!
