Download Autoruns from Microsoft.com. It will list everything that starts up and has options to turn them off.

So I want to kill this program (ArcCon.ac). Do you think simply deleting it from the drive is the way to go? I did uninstall the program ArcSoft (like a parent of this service) in the Add/Remove programs. I also checked in Service and found ArcSoft Connect Daemon there but it has not been started. But this ArcCon.ac still keeps coming up. What would you recommend? TIA.
