>>>>>>Hi,

>>>>>>A few days ago I installed software that came with a digital camera. The software is for downloading pictures from the camera. But I suppose this CD (from camera company) came with some other programs that got installed. One is really is getting on my nerves. Now Comodo reports that "c:\Program Files\Common Files\ArcSoft\Connection Server\Bin\ArcCon.ac has loaded ArcBmh.dll .." And this creates a problem with my Outlook. So I want to kill this program (ArcCon.ac). Do you think simply deleting it from the drive is the way to go? I did uninstall the program ArcSoft (like a parent of this service) in the Add/Remove programs. I also checked in Service and found ArcSoft Connect Daemon there but it has not been started. But this ArcCon.ac still keeps coming up. What would you recommend? TIA.

Why did you say not to "fiddle around with digital cameras"? How else do you download pictures from the camera to your PC?
