I've seen this referenced somewhere but didn't think of it in this context.
I'll take a leap of faith and try anything. I handle this in the Interactive Method put it in there?

>This may sound crazy, but bear with me... Try adding THIS.VALUE=THIS.VALUE at the top of the method which changes colors; I had similar problems with spinners and this solved them.
