You need to use a different provider or use your own mail server - setting up your own mail server is not that difficult - there are a number of servers you can run on your local machine and send messages. Unfortunately it's real easy to get a local machine flagged.
Ultimately it's best to use a good ISP or Email service provider that has a good record to make sure that your emails sent don't get blacklisted easily.
