the tendency to question is perhaps better developed down under.
over here the injunction stands for the moment and
Samsung is dropping some products from our market corner.

For me the best way to resolve would be to fine apple for lost Samsung profits,
as apple also fudged some documents/pictures when asking for the injunction.
Somehow I doubt it will come to that as finding a correct number of sales and/or profits
is not really easy to do...
