Just now, in thread #1522925, I kept changing my mind, adding things to the same message as they came. Before my last update, Gregory already replied, and I couldn't save the changes to my message. Being an old user here, I guessed what's going on, and copied the paragraph I wanted to add and pasted it into a new reply. There should have been a javascript alert() to tell me that I can't save an update to a message which already has replies.

Now I guess Michel will get a rash when I say this, but I think I remember this worked that way when UT was running under Fox...

BTW, I didn't send this directly to him, because I don't think this is a big deal - it happens very rarely, and can only confuse newbies... but then newbies don't get into such a situation, so this is just in case he has too much time on his hands.
