1522925, I kept changing my mind, adding things to the same message as they came. Before my last update, Gregory already replied, and I couldn't save the changes to my message. Being an old user here, I guessed what's going on, and copied the paragraph I wanted to add and pasted it into a new reply. There should have been a javascript alert() to tell me that I can't save an update to a message which already has replies.

Just suggesting that validation may tell the user why the message can't be saved. Again, I don't need that, but someone else may be confused.
