You might try saving the classes that cb3 uses (aapp, abizness, aforms, atoolbar, amenus), run qstart, and copy your classes back in.

Qstart sets a lot of paths in the files to point to the right place.

Also, make sure that you have included appincl.h in the classes. If you ever move the directories, be ready to change all the paths again. The easiest way to do this is to hack the vcx, if you are comfortable with that. If you do, be sure to recompile them.
