Thanks all for your valuable suggestions ? But it does not work. Let me explain properly. I have attached 2 images of the error message for your reference. Please see the images. The 'tot_qty' and 'po_dt' field is already there in the table, even in spite of that it shows the error message.
Its very strange that while I run the form separately from command window no error message shows and the report works properly but when I run the complete software and call the same form and try to preview the above error message displays. and this happens for each forms of the software. The code I wrote in the form as below :-

Report Form &RPT_FILE Preview Noconsole

is not it strange that if a "particular field" or "variable" is not there in the table or query then how it works while the form runs separately ?

Please give me some solutions ?
