>>>Hi,
>>>Thanks all for your valuable suggestions ? But it does not work. Let me explain properly. I have attached 2 images of the error message for your reference. Please see the images. The 'tot_qty' and 'po_dt' field is already there in the table, even in spite of that it shows the error message.
>>>Its very strange that while I run the form separately from command window no error message shows and the report works properly but when I run the complete software and call the same form and try to preview the above error message displays. and this happens for each forms of the software. The code I wrote in the form as below :-
>>>
>>>****select sql query or table
>>>
>>>Do Foxypreviewer.app
>>>Report Form &RPT_FILE Preview Noconsole
>>>
>>>is not it strange that if a "particular field" or "variable" is not there in the table or query then how it works while the form runs separately ?
>>>
>>>Please give me some solutions ?
>>>
>>>Thanks in advance

It's one of those lessons you must learn. If you have a grid on a form from which you can print a report, you must make sure to take focus away from the grid. When you run the report from the command window, the focus will be on the command window, and thus it works.
