We keep the commands that create our SP's in one or two scripts, depending on the size of the application.
To create them on another copy of the DB, we change the USE statement at the top of the script and run the script.

Whats the easiest way to move a bunch of stored procedures.

Do I have to script them individually or is there any way to select a group and do them in one go.
Anyone who does not go overboard- deserves to.
