I believe that the Argentina team are amateurs i.e. not paid to play as professionals for their country. While England, SA, NZ, AU, etc. are teams paid for and sponsored as professional players for their countries. I think that says something special about the Argentinian team that they are consistently ranked in the top10 teams in the world. However, I stand to correction as I am not 100% sure of this.
