I don't think there are that many different codes out there to program the different barcode readers, I have found that many use the same barcodes for this programming. We used this feature ourself a few years ago, and we had a paper which we sent to our customer. Read barcode 1, then 2 and then 3. That's all that was required. Most likely you will have to program the barcode readers anyway, unless you will only read numeric data.
>Oh, Tore. I didn't want to be sarcastic, excuse me. You must know I REALLY thank your reply and you should know me a little after a few messages.

>"SET CONFIRM OFF/ON" is one of the options I use it in Clipper. But in this case it wouldn't work.

>And about living in the past the past wasn't so bad... Anyway. I understand many of my clients don't really need Internet and I have to convince them since I'd like to fix their problems remotely. That's less exercise, more cholesterol... Oh, no... Past wasn't so bad...

>Now think about the steps according to your solution. Search in Internet, download and print the manual, then the printing must be hight quality so the reader can read it. Make the reader to read... Think what I desire: Read one code, program finds out how many CRs has the reader and everything goes fine. Isn't it wonderful?
