Under the Subscription options at http://www.levelextreme.com/DataEntryMemberUpdateSubscription.aspx, there is "Avoid the display of my name to be part in the CC list when replying to a message".

I assume that I must be a paid subscriber to invoke this optin. At least that is what the message seems to imply when I try to click on this option and save.
