A slick technique. Kudos. I wonder, though, whether it might confuse users. They must think they are viewing the records in the grid in some order, and then some other record pops to the top of the list. Just thinking out loud....

So what's new in Kansas? As you may have noticed, I am spending most of my time only one state away. In fact the company where I am working in St. Louis has a second, smaller, office in KC. Some of the execs in the KC office show up here from time to time.
