I am printing to a pre-printed multi-part form using @ SAY's (of course) to hit the proper areas. All is well EXCEPT:
I set the printer to the required 12 CPI (not 12 pitch). I am using the generic printer driver in Windows 95 to get Windows out of the way. No matter what I seem to do, I can only get 85 characters to print on a line--the rest just disappear. At 10 CPI that would be the correct # of chars. allowed on a line; however, at 12 CPI, I should, obviously, get more. Anything I send @ n, 85 or above does not print. I have tried:
SET PRINTER FONT "Courier", 12 (with and without this line)
SET MEMOWIDTH 120
Nothing affects it. Is there a setting somewhere that I have to initiate in order to resolve this situation???
TIA.
John
