You can run the setup.exe file, created by the setup wizard with parameters: /Q1 /gc "C:\temp\Upgrade.Log"
Review the Upgrade.log after the install, for errors.
This can be scripted from the log-in, or where ever you choose. More information on Setup.exe parameters is available on MSDN CD or on-line.
