I was trying to rebuild index tables of VFP 9 application today (at customer site) and ran into the following problem. One of the .cdx files was locked and no matter what I and the IT person tried we could not delete this file. He looked at the server at Shared Folder file and this file was not showing. No other application had none of the .DBF or FPT files open. But every time I tried to delete this .CDX (in command prompt or from the application) I was getting "used by another process" message. Is there a way to find out what process has this .CDX file locked?
