Mike, please do not be a jackass (even though you rather good at it <g>). I am not a moron - I am well aware that welfare was around long before Barrack Hussein Obama came into office. However, he has taken it to new heights (or should I say lows). His administration has done its level best to ensure that at least 50% of the population is dependent on the government (99 weeks of unemployment, welfar, food stamps, WIC). This has always been the progressive strategy. Once the majority of people ore dependent of the governement, the democrats think they'll be in power forever:
