That has possibilities. I haven't been to an NHL game in a few years. I may be able to talk Cheryl into one. It might make a worthwhile weekend run.

It amazes me that Kansas City still doesn't have any hockey above college, and KU's team is unknown at KU. They'll be based in Topeka this season! They built a beautiful new NHL size stadium a couple of years ago, and still have their IHL arena too, but no hockey. People around here live mostly for college football and basketball. Some actually go to NFL or Royals games, but that is the exception.

Oh well. We still have our Topeka Roadrunners NAHL team. Cheap and fun to watch.
