You mean, add one to the values? Copy and paste special, as follows:

  • Type 1 in a cell
  • Select it and press Ctrl-C
  • Select the destination range
  • Right-click, select "Paste special", and select the "Add" option.

    This works both for cells that have only values, and cells that have formulae - in the case of formulae, "+1" would be added at the end.
