What borders are you referring to?

>I just realized that the IE Browser ActiveX does not render borders. I upgraded to IE 9 on my Win7 pc in hopes the control would show rounded corners. Instead I find that it does not show borders at all. All the experts say that the browser ActiveX uses whatever version of IE is on the PC so I assumed that everything would work the same.
