>If you're referring to outlines around input controls, divs, spans, paragraphs, etc. it does indeed work for me. In fact, I used Rick Strahl's tip for IE9 (http://www.west-wind.com/weblog/posts/2011/May/21/Web-Browser-Control-Specifying-the-IE-Version) to render rounded corners and shadows too!
