From the news --
http://www.cnn.com/2011/10/10/tech/web/netflix-qwikster-reaction/index.html?hpt=hp_t1The news from Netflix continues to astound me. This is a company which literally revolutionized an industry. They seemed to do everything right and have a shrewd eye on the future. A perfect example was what founder and CEO Reed Hastings said all along, that they named the company Netflix, not DVDs In The Mail, for a reason. Now that they have driven a stake through the heart of the existing movie rental industry and are making that vision come true they seem to be making nothing but blunders.
I really am baffled. Two part question --
1. Do you agree they have lost their way?
2. If yes, why?
