Me too! I've just skimmed over the VFP Enterprise book and now started reading the MTS & MSMQ book.
IMHO, there seems to be lack of "quality" advanced-level VFP books. Most VFP books are useful for few sections before you start skipping through the chapters. On the other hand, I find books related to VB so much better, especially from Wrox Publishing. They seem to know what we, the developers are looking for. Unfortunately, their writers seem disinterested in doing a VFP book.
I'm looking anxiously forward to the upcoming book by Rich Strahl for VFP and Internet programming. Come on already Rick! What's the status? :)
>One option that I've been doing more and more of is buying higher-level VB books and recreating the examples in VFP. I'm currently going through one on MTS & MSMQ.
It's "my" world. You're just living in it.
