I can't seem to figure how to clear the buffer so that the IE would download the current file from my site. I tried Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Files. But that does not clear the buffer. I tried to clear the history but that does nothing either. What else can I try?

I tried Ctrl-F5 but to no avail. I read the message you referenced but that is not much help. I can rename the file but it is a pain to do it every time. There has to be a way to clear the cache. I suppose if I can't figure it out I will have to rename the file. Thank you.
