We're talking about the baby who is a US citizen. The incarcerated Japanese were nationals. The baby born here is a national. Apparently illegal treatment is justified because they are related to today's designated enemy.

By all means change the law so that illegals can't have anchor children. You won't be the first to do that. Until then there is no easy answer, especially since there are now *millions* of anchor citizen kids in the US. Anything done illegally against them for today's convenience will rebound in time. Deporting them will result in trillions of $ in future lawsuits and if you deport the parents, each state will need hundreds of new orphanages, all funded by the taxpayer of course. The graduates of those orphanages no doubt will be cheerful sorts who will respect their true-blue American elders and will happily pay the Medicare costs of those who did this to them. ;-)
