I can't seem to figure how to clear the buffer so that the IE would download the current file from my site. I tried Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete Files. But that does not clear the buffer. I tried to clear the history but that does nothing either. What else can I try?

http://www.mysite.com/folder/filename.zip I do this with many customers but only this one has the cache in the browser "stock" and no matter what I do I get the old version of the file.

Have you checked if there is an "Internet accelerator" type of product (basically implements its own cache and buffering scheme and has IE and other programs sit on top of it) installed?
