Oh yes, the demonstrations will have a huge effect. All the billionaires will give away all of their values to the poor, and start working as waiters at local MacDonalds. The banks will sack all the bosses and hire the demonstrators instead, since they know the bank business better, and they will work for free. Greece and the other struggling countries will all find oil because the demonstrators' stamping will dig big holes in the ground to reveal huge oil reservoirs. And on top of that the demonstrations will encourage the few remaining bank accountants to check the numbers one more time, only to find out that the economic crisis was a big rounding error in a central computer.
