Where is the app storing its data?

If it's storing the data in the install directory (ie. Program Files\MyApp), Win7 and Win2008 redirect file access in these folders to a local user store, which can significantly slow down performance.

To avoid this you have to use a folder that the user has full rights - Documents folder, or AppData - or a public folder that the user has full rights to.
