I give it a 8 out of 10.

What I like :
Eliminates Departments of Energy, HUD, Commerce, Interior, and Education
Eliminates TSA, corporate subsidies, foreign aid, and returns most other spending to 2006 levels
Honors Social Security to our seniors and veterans while allowing young workers to opt out
10% reduction in the federal workforce,
Cut Congressional pay and perks, and curbs excessive federal travel.
Lower the corporate tax rate to 15%
Allows American companies to repatriate capital without additional taxation
Abolish the Death Tax
End taxes on personal savings
Repeals ObamaCare, Dodd-Frank, and Sarbanes-Oxley
Mandates REINS-style requirements for any new regulations
Cancel all onerous regulations previously issued by Executive Order
Conduct a full audit of the Federal Reserve and implement competing currency legislation

What I don't like :
All war funding ended
DHS still exists
EPA still exists
Presidential salary of $39,336 (apx median personal income of the American worker)

What's just ok (basically a good start or better than nothing)
Block grants Medicaid and other welfare programs to the states
Extends all Bush tax cuts
