Some of that information is actually correct and/or comprehensible. A lot is incorrect/irrelevant/incomplete/just plain drivel.

It would be nice if the manufacturer documented their platform or environment. I realize that is a big job for any .NET technology, but it is also a big $$ item.

This will probably be the reason I finally jump the Microsoft .NET ship. If I jump, it probably won't be for any open source venture unless they really do document the platform or environment and not just expect you to search through reams of drooling geek drivel searching for clear answers.
