>Reading the "Access best" and related paranoia I can't help but wonder how much truth could there be in the fact that most people in the Fox community are "of a certain age" implying that, like myself, saw dBase II under CP/M as a blessed deliverance from BASIC. We lived thru the golden age of "Xbase" and undertandingly do not want to throw away our expertise. Like many of you I also work in VB/Access and to me it's a "no contest" with VFP but, I would be very interested to hear the opinion of a young programmer that might have started with another 4GL, say Powerbuilder, SQL Windows or the like and is now working with VFP.

You can click on the report icon and choose "Search for a consultant" then proceed by choosing profile. This will give more additional experience on some members and you'll be able to compare their used languages.
