>I think the IP address you use is the local IP address of your computer, then the ports are defined by range. If it's just one port then it would be the same number twice.

Success! I found a setting in the Firewall Settings of the router that say IP Sec (VPN). It was unchecked. I saw the word "VPN" and figured, what do I have to lose <g>. I checked it, saved, and now my VPN is connecting.
