I tend to program fairly complex reports and never had 100% success with any of the PDF generators that try to use the .frx file to generate the PDF.

What I do have 100% success with is PDF printer automation. I use the NovaPDF SDK http://www.novapdf.com/ which permits automation of the virtual pdf printer. Printed output always matches pdf output. 100% accuracy.
